★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ero di passaggio in Italia e desideravo una visita per verificare che la mia vista non fosse peggiorata prima di comprare un nuovo paio di occhiali. La visita fu molto veloce e scoprì solo dopo aver ordinato e pagato gli occhiali nuovi che la ricetta era completamente sbagliata! Dopo una settimana di malditesta scoprì che c'erano 40 gradi d'asse di differenza + 0.25 sbagliati in una lente e 0.50 di miopia che mancavano nell'altra. Un disastro! Ho dovuto pagare per rifare di nuovo altre lenti perdendo 200€ circa!
Update: Ripeto, ero di passaggio in Italia = non vivo in Italia. In passato avevo provato a prendere un appuntamento via e-email ma non ho ricevuto risposta. Se vi è una e-mail a cui possa contattarla, così da poter anche inviarle la foto della sua prescrizione e quella nuova corretta, ottenuta altrove, sarebbe fantastico!
