★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esempio: Occhiali ancora in garanzia scheggiati per causa al cliente non imputabile, la casa produttrice fornisce la sostituzione senza alcun costo ( serietà ed efficienza) .
L'ottica Frà ti addebbita un costo di 30 euro del tutto arbitrario , imputandolo prima a " riparazione", poi ammettendo che doveva riprendere le spese di non si bene che cosa.
Morale della favola : se possono spillarti dei soldi ,saranno ben lieti di farlo millantando gentilezza e professionalità.
Non lasciatevi ingannare.
