Ho ordinato dei piatti V&B e nella confezione uno era rotto. L'ho segnalato e si sono attivati subito per sostituirlo, nonostante le difficoltà di fornitura e di assortimento da parte delle aziende del settore. Mi hanno costantemente tenuto informato e non appena ricevuta la merce dal produttore me la hanno spedita subito chiedendomi conferma dell'avvenuta positiva ricezione.

Very positive experience. Prompt in response and very willing to respond to customer needs. Besides being extremely courteous, which is quite rare.
I ordered some V&B dishes and in the package one was broken. I reported it and they immediately took action to replace it, despite the difficulties of supply and assortment by companies in the sector. They constantly kept me informed and as soon as I received the goods from the manufacturer they sent them to me immediately asking for confirmation of positive receipt.
I highly recommend the shop!
