★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gli ho telefonato appena prima di pranzo per riparare la lavastoviglie. Alle 15:30 era a casa mia. Alle 16:15 mi aveva già riparato la lavastoviglie. Per me è consigliato. Ottimo professionista.
I called him just before lunch to fix the dishwasher. At 3:30 pm he was at my house. By 4:15 pm he had already fixed my dishwasher. For me it is recommended. Excellent professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ero in attesa da una settimana di essere chiamato per un intervento in garanzia sulla mia cantinetta, commissionatogli da Euro Cave.
Non mi ha mai chiamato.
Riuscito a raggiungerlo al telefono, mi ha rimbalzato dicendomi che non sapeva dirmi quando sarebbe venuto per l'intervento e che non e' "il mio confessore"!
Mi ha buttato giù il telefono!
Euro Cave gli ha poi revocato la gestione delle garanzie affidandola ad un altro frigorista.
Non so come lavori, ma di sicuro grande maleducazione e inaffidabilità totale

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È venuto per una lavastoviglie guasta, non l'ha neanche guardata, mi ha detto che il guasto andava risolto in laboratorio ma che lui non poteva trasportarla, dovevo pensarci io. Per tutto questo (5') ha preteso il pagamento dell'uscita: 40 euro... francamente sono senza parole. Non rivolgerò a loro mai più/
