★ ★ ★ ★ ★ assistenza molto scadente a fronte dei costi decisamente molto più cari della concorrenza. sicuramente non li richiamerò più vista la professionalità, soprattutto da parte dell'operatore che risponde al telefono dall'ufficio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passato personalmente. Difficile trovarli, non c'è un'insegna. Per chiedere un intervento a meno di tre km vogliono il pagamento del diritto di chiamata di 80 €! Solo x vedere che tipo di guasto c'è e ti dicono che prima di 2 settimane non se ne parla! Quindi con problema insorto a metà luglio (sfido a trovare qualcuno a cui si guasta il condizionatore ad ottobre!) se ti va bene forse a Ferragosto potresti avere individuato il problema! Bravi solo a darti il prezzario con le tariffe più alte. S consigliatissimo

Ragazzi come questo sono un patrimonio per l’imprenditore che deve fare di tutto per non perdere simili figure.

Non solo non sono riusciti a risolvere il problema nonostante molteplici interventi ma, alla fine, hanno anche negato che ci fosse. Inoltre, non hanno mai rilasciato i fogli di intervento a dimostrazione del loro lavoro. Pochissima trasparenza, impossibilità di parlare direttamente con i responsabili, nessuna chiarezza e possibilità di chiarimenti e tempi lunghissimi. Se avessi saputo che scegliendo la Daikin sarei capitato con loro, non avrei scelto la Daikin.
I contacted Corrado Bruno for assistance on a Daikin air conditioner. Not only did they fail to solve the problem despite multiple interventions but, in the end, they also denied that there was. Furthermore, they never issued intervention sheets to demonstrate their work. Very little transparency, impossibility of speaking directly with the managers, no clarity and possibility of clarification and very long times. If I had known that by choosing Daikin I would have happened with them, I would not have chosen Daikin.
