Fisso appuntamento il giorno prima per il giorno dopo lasciando numero di cellulare..giorno dopo non hanno posto per te nonostante tu abbia fissato l'appuntamento! Per loro una vale l'altro.. Per me in primis vale il rispetto! Cafone Rude without respect for the person! Chiedo di avvisarmi a riparazione effettuata, attendo 2 giorni. Provo a chiamare più volte a tutti i numeri indicati anche sul sito,Niente! MAI PIÙ! MALEDUCATI e lavorano male. Con me sono sempre stati onesti, disponibili e affidabili: ho portato qui a riparare lo schermo del cellulare (one plus), e contando che si erano rotti anche i cristalli liquidi, il prezzo è stato più che onesto (95 euro). Il giorno in cui sono andata a ritirarlo hanno insistito per mettermelo in carica e aspettare che si accendesse, in modo da poter verificare insieme che lo schermo funzionasse correttamente dopo la riparazione. Verificato il corretto funzionamento, mi hanno poi assicurata che se fosse insorto qualche malfunzionamento nei giorni successivi avrei dovuto riportarlo da loro che lo avrebbero sistemato gratuitamente. Se mai avrò altri problemi col cellulare tornerò sicuramente da loro. I honestly don't understand the negative reviews. They have always been honest, helpful and reliable with me: I brought here the phone screen to be repaired (one plus), and considering that the liquid crystals were also broken, the price was more than honest (95 euros). The day I went to pick it up they insisted on charging it for me and waiting for it to come on so we could check together that the screen was working properly after the repair. Once they checked it was working correctly, they then assured me that if any malfunction arose in the following days I would have to report it to them and they would fix it for free. If I ever have any other cell phone problems I will definitely go back to them.

Ho pagato più di 200€ per trovarmi un telefono difettato (non funzionavano più i sensori di luce e prossimità) si è categoricamente rifiutato di sistemarli. Portato al centro Huawei scopro che mancano dei pezzi interni, il telefono è stato danneggiato ulteriormente durante la "riparazione" e incollato con il biadesivo. Non fidatevi. I took a Huawei phone that needed a screen replacement to be repaired. I paid over € 200 to find a defective phone (the light and proximity sensors no longer worked) he categorically refused to fix them. Taken to the Huawei center I discover that some internal pieces are missing, the phone was further damaged during the "repair" and glued with the double-sided tape. Don't trust it.
