E a dire la verità mi sono sempre trovata bene, specialmente per quanto riguarda la cortesia del titolare. Fino ad oggi. Oggi sono tornata per chiedere semplicemente un aiuto per rimpicciolire la sim, visto che per Natale io e mia figlia abbiamo ricevuto in regalo due telefoni nuovi. Mi sono sentita rispondere che siccome i telefoni nn li avevo acquistati lì (ma ripeto, sono stati un regalo) potevo andare a rivolgermi altrove. Detto fatto. Altrove acquisterò anche la cover e il vetro di protezione che avrei preso lì oggi stesso. Come perdere in una volta due famiglie di clienti.
Aggiungo la risposta: i telefoni sono stati un regalo, sono venuta con fiducia perché da Lei viene tutta la mia famiglia, e perché fino ad ieri la Sua gentilezza non l'ho mai messa in discussione, e nn perché sia "il comodo negozio sotto casa". Quanto ai modi, esordire con "vieni da me con dei telefoni che nn hai acquistato qui" (scusi, se me li hanno regalati) è stato quantomeno poco cortese. Pensi che Le avrei chiesto perfino di consigliarmi una cover e un vetrino di protezione tra quelli che, come ricorderà, io e mia figlia stavamo già guardando.

alla fine lo ritiro il 25.non serio e tante bugie. mai piu non ci si comporta cosi
