★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Samsung S6, portato per cambio batteria, dopo 3 mesi di utilizzo si è gonfiata e l'autonomia è peggiore di quella che avevo, 50€ buttati, avrebbe avuto più senso spenderli in altro.
Risultato: Telefono inutilizzabile, al 42% si spegne.
Consiglio: andate sempre dall'assistenza certificata ed originale della casa madre.
Modifica del 22/09/2019: Come notate dalla risposta, il personale è sempre cordiale e simpatico :D
 Samsung S6, brought for battery change, after 3 months of use it has swollen and the autonomy is worse than the one I had, 50 € thrown away, it would have made more sense to spend them in another.
Result: Phone unusable, at 42% it turns off.
Tip: always go to the certified and original assistance of the parent company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo avuto un problema con un iphone un paio di settimane fa. Portato a loro poco prima che chiudessero e riparato nel giro di un paio di ore. Dato che era un telefono usato per lavoro, hanno capito l'urgenza di riaverlo indietro il prima possibile e si sono fermati anche oltre l'orario di chiusura ridandocelo la sera stessa. Bravissimi e davvero disponibili. Assolutamente raccomandato!
We had a problem with an iphone a couple of weeks ago. Brought to them just before they closed and repaired within a couple of hours. Since it was a telephone used for work, they understood the urgency to get it back as soon as possible and they stopped even after closing time giving it back to me that evening. Very good and really available. Absolutely recommended!

In meno di 48 ore oggi, 1 maggio, il dispositivo mi è stato reso perfettamente funzionante.
Tengo a precisare la tempistica record considerando il momento storico, la difficoltà nel reperimento dei pezzi di ricambio, l'operatività di mezza giornata.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attivazione di una sim, chiede 10 euro più del dovuto, chiamato per spiegazioni dice che è il costo della sim e da la colpa alla compagnia,vado a verificare e la trasparenza tariffaria della compagnia dice che la sim è gratis. Bastava essere trasparenti e dire che per l'attivazione il negozio, e non la compagnia, chiedeva 10 euro, poi stava a me decidere. Ma farlo da furbo no. Da evitare tutta la vita.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se potessi metterei 0. Ma purtroppo non si può. Chiamo per sapere in quanto tempo mi avrebbero riparato il display del telefono, mi viene risposto "massimo un paio di giorni"
Porto il telefono di venerdì e mi dicono che sarebbe venuto pronto il martedì o mercoledì successivo. Con il weekend di mezzo avrei potuto anche capirlo. Vabbe.
Non ricevo più notizie così mercoledì mattina decido di chiamare e il ragazzo con cui ho parlato non sapeva nemmeno di cosa stessi parlando. Si informa e mi viene detto che il telefono non era ancora nemmeno stato aperto poiché il corriere UPS non aveva consegnato i pezzi. Mi vengono raccontate poi una marea di frottole sul corriere prontamente smontate da me che con i corrieri ci lavoro (e che CONOSCO MOLTO bene). Mi garantiscono poi che il telefono sarebbe stato riparato per il venerdì. Venerdì mattina chiamo e mi confermano che x la sera alle 17.30 sarebbe stato pronto. Sorpresa, venerdì alle 17.40 vado in negozio e volevano consegnarmi il telefono pronto a metà (mancava il vetrino della fotocamera che mi avrebbero coperto con dello scotch) poiché sempre per colpa del corriere (gls stavolta) mancava un pezzo. Magicamente, dopo diverse mie lamentele e richiesta di uno sconto per tutti i disagi causatomi, il telefono è venuto pronto sabato mattina alle 11 (magicamente gls ha consegnato prestissimo).
Lo sconto richiesto da me? 5 euro di contentino e telefono riconsegnato senza nemmeno una pellicola protettiva né sul display né sul retro case (dice invece era stata messa da me). Esperienza pessima. Evitate. Andate dai cinesi che sono più onesti!

I'm not getting more news Wednesday morning so I decided to call and the guy I talked to did not even know what I was talking. It informs and I am told that the phone was not yet even been opened since the UPS courier had delivered the pieces. They then are told a lot of fibs on the courier promptly removed from me that with the couriers we work (and you KNOW VERY good). They then ensure that the phone would be fixed for Friday. Friday morning I call and I confirm that x in the evening at 17.30 would be ready. Surprise, Friday at 17:40 I go to the shop and wanted to give me your phone ready in half (missing the camera slide that would cover me with scotch tape) as more for the carrier's fault (gls time) was missing a piece. Magically, after several my complaints and request for a discount for all the inconveniences caused me, the phone is ready to come on Saturday morning at 11 (gls magically delivered soon).
The discount required from me? 5 euro sop phone and returned without even a protective film or the display case or the back (instead said had been put to me). Bad experience. Avoid. Go by the Chinese who are more honest!
