★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Leonardo da Vinci Experience is a lovely way to spend around 1 hour if you find yourself near Vatican City. With an audio guide in hand, the da Vinci lover is taken through a tour of his most famous inventions and paintings, such as the Mona Lisa and The Last Supper. This is a highly individual experience but is also ideal for families with kids who will be drawn to touch and operate the collection of machines — including the bicycle, the self-propelled cart and various war artillery.
The nearly identical reproductions of art and the accompanying audio explanations will leave the museum-goer with a newfound breadth of knowledge and appreciation for one of history’s most celebrated Renaissance men. There is even the Instagram-worthy The Mirror Room, an eight-sided chamber of mirrors that da Vinci created because he considered the mirror as “the master of all painters.”
Additionally, the staff was very friendly, helpful and they speak multiple languages. This small museum is a definite must for tourists and residents alike.

The audio guide is simple to use and explains everything. Good to go with time to explore, as the museum has some machines and paintings, but explain his life too. It's interesting.
It might be good for a family, cause as some machines you can test.
The kids who were there loved that part.
Really good experience. We enjoyed. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small, but you can touch almost all the exhibits and get an audio guide with good explanations of the breadth of Leonardo's works and inventions. Good & educational to visit with children. I wish it had more comfortable places to sit and the bathrooms were a bit strange (all locked except one for ladies).
