★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il museo si sviluppa su 9 sale, all’interno della Casermetta del Castello Scaligero.
Nel castello esisteva già un museo di Storia Naturale. Era un museo di tipo tradizionale, concepito sul modello del Museo di Storia Naturale di Verona, diviso nelle classiche sezioni di Geologia, Paleontologia, Botanica, Zoologia e Preistoria, con materiali nella maggior parte provenienti dalle collezioni del Museo di Verona, integrati da donazioni ed acquisti. Nel corso degli anni il museo è stato ampliato, sino a giungere nella forma attuale nel 2008.
Dal terrazzo ubicato al primo piano si gode una bellissima vista sul lago.
The museum is spread over 9 rooms, inside the Barracks of the Scaligero Castle.
In the castle there was already a museum of Natural History. It was a traditional museum, conceived on the model of the Natural History Museum of Verona, divided into the classic sections of Geology, Paleontology, Botany, Zoology and Prehistory, with materials mostly coming from the collections of the Verona Museum, supplemented by donations and shopping. Over the years the museum has been expanded, until reaching its present form in 2008.
From the terrace on the first floor you can enjoy a beautiful view of the lake.

The museum is beautiful, well laid out, interactive and never boring. Very, very interesting. It was a great pleasure to visit it and discover curiosities about Lake Garda, its illustrious characters, its fauna and its flora. Absolutely recommended.
