Mi sono allenato a Shark Team per un anno e l'unica ragione per cui non ho continuato è che mi sono trasferito.
L'istruttore, Max, ha una lunga esperienza in Thailandia, e questo traspare in ogni aspetto dell'allenamento.
L'attenzione alla tecnica e la capacità di far migliorare il praticante che ho trovato qui è impareggiata in Italia e all'estero.

 A no-frills gym for those who want to learn real Muay Thai.
I trained at Shark Team for a year and the only reason I didn't continue is that I moved.
The instructor, Max, has a long experience in Thailand, and this shines through in every aspect of the training.
The attention to technique and the ability to improve the practitioner I found here is unmatched in Italy and abroad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Among the gyms i tried in Milan, this is the only one where i found a passionate and expert Couch, that teach you the original thai boxe, thanks for his ten years passed in Thailand, a positive and collaborative mood, no hotheads, a clean and equipped place. I'm training here since 2015 and i will never change it!

Coach(Max) is very helpful in every aspect (has a lot of experience behind him)
The gym is highly aware that you may not aim to be a professional fighter, therefore training is customized to fit your career/uni without any injuries

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would absolutely recommend this place, whether you are a beginner or a fighter who is looking for more challenges! Maestro Max is very passionate and helpful. He really invests in you and corrects your techniques to the smallest details. Classes start with strength/core training, followed by practices on techniques. An all-rounded training of Muay thai here. Everyone is super nice and friendly as well. Best muay thai place in town - check it out for yourself!

The training changes during the week, with both strengthening and technical exercises. Max (the coach) gives attention to everyone. Loving so far the workout, the positive environment and the humble mates.

It is also well maintained facility with number of classes every week day (whether beginner or advanced). When planning to return to Milan, will stop by gym again.
