Fortunatamente per lei, sono stata anche fin troppo Signora a non scriverle nulla nel commento precedente, a differenza di lei che augura il male a persone che nemmeno conosce. Grazie a Dio non sono una sua cliente e mai lo diventerò e mi creda è meglio che non motivi questa valutazione di una stella, perché l' affosserei definitivamente. Commesse meravigliose!!! Ps. Non essendo ancora pronte le mie, per la prima prova abito me ne hanno prestate un paio... gentilissime!!! Totale circe 250,00. Nonostante l'urgenza non mi telefonano: ho dovuto farlo io! Personale totalmente incurante e impreparato. Le scarpe non erano quelle che io stessa - insieme alla svogliata commessa - avevo scelto. Colori differenti. Immaginate la frustrazione? Risposta del titolare. 'Forse la commessa ha dimenticato di scrivere il codice colore. Forse in quel modo sarebbero state brutte' (Peccato che sono stata consigliata dalla commessa stessa). Il marketing imporrebbe che chiunque sbagli debba rimediare. Esperienza pessima. Leggo ora la sua risposta. Sarò breve: 1. A tre giorni da un matrimonio ho accettato il prodotto, felice che le scarpe fossero molto comode. Le ho fatto comunque presente che non erano come le avevo ordinate. 2. Arrivata a casa ho confrontato il prodotto con le foto che avevo scattato del pantone-colore: era totalmente diverse! 3. Le ho scritto la mia insoddisfazione.
