 I've been training at Ursus for years. I have always found a professional, friendly and non-violent environment. The trainings, athletic preparation and boxing part, are of high quality. Times compatible with professional activity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi alleno in questa da ormai più di due mesi e ho acquisito i fondamentali della boxe (movimento di gambe, dorso, braccia, testa) in maniera eccezionale, merito ovviamente dello staff. Infatti, Francesco e i suoi collaboratori sono persone molto serie, competenti e sempre disponibili a dare consigli ed aiutare tutti sulla pratica della disciplina.
La palestra è piccolina, però offre quasi tutto il necessario per allenarsi bene e divertirsi.
L' ambiente è fantastico, alla base c'è un elevato livello di rispetto ed umiltà tra, e verso, gli allievi che raramente si trova in altri contesti.
Sono pienamente soddisfatto di aver scelto questa palestra e la consiglio a tutti.
I have been training in this for more than two months now and I have acquired the fundamentals of boxing (movement of legs, back, arms, head) in an exceptional way, obviously thanks to the staff. In fact, Francesco and his collaborators are very serious people, competent and always available to give advice and help everyone on the practice of the discipline.
The gym is small but offers almost everything you need to train well and have fun.
The environment is fantastic, at the base there is a high level of respect and humility among, and towards, the students that is rarely found in other contexts.
I am fully satisfied with having chosen this gym and I recommend it to everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome boxing gym, been here for decades. Despite being from the US and not speaking Italian, the coach was exceptionally clear and spoke English with me. Couldn’t recommend more. 10/10!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ it's good gym. Francisco speak good English, it's no problem training with foreign athlete. I had my best memories here. I speed tow year training with Maestro. I improved a lot.

Francesco is very welcoming, speaks good English and is willing to work with new students to get them into the sport and trained well. The gym has adequate equipment. A very personal gym experience where you can go for more than just lessons and working out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Francesco (the trainer) has a ton of experience, speaks English, is very helpful and passionate about his job. I tried some other gyms before settling on this one and I couldn’t recommend it more.
No matter what level of experience you have there is a place for you here. All of the gym goers are also super friendly.
Pricing options are fair and from what I’ve seen pretty much the industry standard.
As a foreigner I was worried that communication was going to be an issue but it hasn’t been.
10/10!
