Il bouquet ordinato è arrivato "confezionato" in maniera molto semplicistica con foglia di guarnizione rinsecchita e oggettivamente brutta, nel complesso non soddisfacente e totalmente diverso da quello pubblicizzato nel sito. Dopo aver fatto reclamo e chiesto un rimborso, mi sono trovata di fronte una persona ostile e davvero poco professionale nel rapporto col cliente. Considerato il prezzo sconsiglio vivamente.
