Nice gym, welcoming environment and great teachers. I recently joined but I have not found it difficult to make friends with the group. The teachers give an added value for human relationship and professionalism. Here I found what I was looking for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La più bella palestra di Milano, e non lo dico solo perché è la mia palestra. Non lo dico per i sacchi da boxe nuovi o perché c'è un qualche sala lussuosa. Lo dico per le persone, perché una palestra che ti fa sentire parte di una famiglia dopo nemmeno un mese di corso, non è solo una palestra. È un posto dove ti puoi rifugiare sempre, dove senza accorgertene ti insegnano che quel piccolo mondo che credevi di essere contiene in realtà un infinito potenziale, e che con la fatica, la passione e la dedizione, puoi arrivare dove vuoi, non lì dentro ma nella vita.
The most beautiful gym in Milan, and I don't say it just because it's my gym. I'm not saying that because of the new punching bags or because there is some luxurious room. I say this for people, because a gym that makes you feel part of a family after less than a month of course, is not just a gym. It is a place where you can always take refuge, where without realizing it they teach you that that small world that you thought you were actually contains infinite potential, and that with effort, passion and dedication, you can get wherever you want, not in there but in life.

Great gym. Professional and qualified instructors. Attentive to the athletic preparation of the members and to the enhancement of the objectives set. Family and friendly atmosphere. Recommended for everyone. There are also excellent courses for children.

Excellent gym respects the times between one course and another very polite, and good at following both professional and non-professional athletes.
