Excellent gymnasium for Chinese martial arts and muay thai, also courses for children of both psychomotor and martial arts are excellent. Qualified and professional teachers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Palestra semplice, molto spaziosa e pulita, dove vado periodicamente a fare hata yoga con un maestro eccezionale, attento e garbato. Spogliatoi ampi e servizi in cima ad una scala e sistema di riscaldamento/ raffreddamento un po' vecchiotto ma accettabile. Zona Gorla, un po' depressa, ma ben servita dalla metropolitana.
Simple gym, very spacious and clean, where I go periodically to do hata yoga with an exceptional teacher, attentive and polite. Large changing rooms and toilets at the top of a staircase and a bit old but acceptable heating / cooling system. Gorla area, a little depressed, but well served by the subway.
