Ho questo darmi configurazione della bici. La donna mi ha permesso mandare sul cellulare. Ho bloccato la bici e ho pagato la caparra 100 euro. Ma non ho ricevuto niente. A lunedì il negozio era chiuso. Ho trovato tutto sul internet e non mi l'ho piaciuta. Mercoledì mattina ho chiamato al negozio e ho chiesto annullare la mia prenotazione. Sono venuto al negozio. Mi ha detto senza cortesia che non vuole fare il reso. Incredibile!!! Adesso vado dal mio avvocato. Non raccomando questo negozio!!! Devo assolutamente ringraziare l'addetta Gessica per aver gestito il mio reso con celerità e disponibilità. Visto il ritardo non dipeso dall'azienda è riuscita a farlo addebitare allo spedizioniere. Un paio di settimane fa’ ero alla ricerca di un casco per il mio scooter e qual migliore occasione per andare a “curiosare” di persona in quel negozio. Appena mi sono avvicinata ho notato la vasta scelta di biciclette, dalla più semplice alla più tecnologica, di tutti i tipi e prezzi. Sono stata accolta con molta cordialità ed hanno ascoltato le mie esigenze, per potermi proporre il casco che potesse essere nelle mie idee, dopo diverse prove, (logicamente caschi igienizzati e io con cuffietta monouso per raccogliere i miei capelli) ho fatto la mia scelta ed ho acquistato un casco in questo negozio. A couple of weeks ago I was looking for a helmet for my scooter and what better occasion to go and "browse" in person in that shop. As soon as I approached I noticed the vast choice of bicycles, from the simplest to the most technological, of all types and prices. I was welcomed with great cordiality and they listened to my needs, in order to propose me the helmet that could be in my ideas, after several tests, (logically sanitized helmets and I with a disposable cap to collect my hair) I made my choice and I bought a helmet in this shop.
