★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per la mia esperienza un pessimo rivenditore, sorrisi e cortesia fino a quando non acquisti la bici (facendoti aspettare il triplo del tempo stabilito per la consegna), dopo non ti dà l'assistenza necessaria nonostante abbia pagato la bici quasi 4.000 euro e la relativa garanzia. Costretto quindi a rivolgermi ad un altro rivenditore con i fastidi che ne conseguono. Provvederò comunque a scrivere un reclamo all'azienda.
For my experience a bad dealer, smiles and courtesy until you buy the bike (making you wait three times the time set for delivery), then it doesn't give you the necessary assistance despite having paid the bike almost 4,000 euros and the relative warranty. Therefore forced to address to another retailer with the annoyances that ensue. I will, however, attempt to write a complaint to the company.

Poi non da meno il punto vendita: fornito di tutto e di più con anche un centro di biomeccanica apposito per studiare la giusta posizione in sella!
