★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personalmente pessima esperienza....vado perché seriamente interessato ad una bici Scott (di un certo valore), ho atteso almeno 20 minuti perché erano incasinati, a detta loro (il ragazzo con cui mi sono interfacciato successivamente era intento a riparare una bici....avrebbe potuto lasciare subito la bici, considerato che non c’era nessuno ad attenderla, per poi riprendere dopo avermi servito).
Comunque, mi spiega in maniera piuttosto superficiale della bici a cui ero interessato, invitandomi a visitare il sito per avere informazioni più dettagliate.....senza parole!!
Poi non ci scandalizziamo se l’e-commerce sta prendendo il sopravvento...
Personally bad experience .... I go because I am seriously interested in a Scott bike (of a certain value), I waited at least 20 minutes because they were messed up, according to them (the guy I interacted with later was intent on repairing a bike. ... could have left the bike immediately, considering that there was no one waiting for it, and then resumed after serving me).
However, he explains to me in a rather superficial way the bike I was interested in, inviting me to visit the site for more detailed information ..... without words !!
Then let's not be shocked if e-commerce is taking over ...
