Contattato telefonicamente alle 16.30 del lunedì e mi è stato assicurato che tra le 19 e le 19.30 sarebbe stata pronta..... Alle 19.20 la.bici era nelle stesse condizioni del sabato mattina...mentre io avevo fatto 4 km a piedi per riportarmela a casa.....complimenti Zero stars as reliability and as many as seriousness ..... Bikes taken Saturday morning with.the promise that at most Mondays would be ready. Contacted by phone at 4.30pm on Monday and I was assured that between 7pm and 7.30pm it would be ready ..... Cambiata la camera d'aria sabato pomeriggio, la sera era già a terra... insospettito dall'accaduto ho notato che il pomello per gonfiarla era vecchio. La cosa più antipatica è che sapevano che la bici mi serviva per portare in giro mia figlia di 21 mesi: mi sono ritrovato con lei sotto il sole cocente di agosto fermo al porto di Giulianova, vi lascio immaginare il disagio.... Sono andato a farglielo notare il lunedì mattina e quando gli ho detto che secondo me la camera d'aria non era nuova mi hanno trattato come uno stupido...zero...il rispetto e l'educazione prima di tutto!!!
