Il signore con grande gentilezza mi ha confermata la disponibilità e che se l’ordine fosse stato fatto entro lunedì dopo 48ore sarebbe arrivato. In realtà oggi è arrivato perfettamente imballato ed integro. Inoltre avendo ordinato il telo sono stata contatta dal venditore sul fatto che avevo scelto il modello sbagliato per cui pagando la differenza mi ha inviato direttamente quello corretto. Servizio eccellente, gentilezza e professionalità infinite. LO CONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE PER I PROPRI ACQUISTI
Excellent shop and staff! On Saturday I contacted the shop by phone to confirm BBC Weber availability and delivery times. The gentleman with great kindness confirmed to me the availability and that if the order had been placed by Monday after 48 hours it would arrive. In reality today it arrived perfectly packaged and intact. Furthermore, having ordered the towel, I was contacted by the seller about the fact that I had chosen the wrong model for which, paying the difference, he sent me the correct one directly. Excellent service, infinite kindness and professionalism. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT FOR YOUR OWN PURCHASES
