SERVIZIO IMPECCABILE. SONO DAVVERO INSTANCABILI. DI NUOVO GRAZIE! Loredana. Gennaio 2020, stamattina sono stata nel vostro laboratorio e c'era l'infermiera Emanuela che svolgeva sia mansione di sportello al pubblico che prelievi. Non è la prima volta che vengo da voi a fare prelievi del sangue né in ospedale per motivi cronici di salute. Ma stamattina la signora Emanuela ha meritato un plauso speciale per la sua straordinaria professionalità: a parte la gestione con estrema professionalità del pubblico ma la capacità incredibile di effettuarmi il prelievo durante il quale non ho neanche sentito l'ago penetrarmi la vena. Mai accaduto prima in vita mia. Signor Enzo, complimenti per il suo staff e soprattutto per la signora Emanuela. Grazie

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molto disorganizzati: per fare l'accettazione e cosegnare le urine bisogna aspettare (fuori al freddo!) Che facciano i prelievi le persone d'avanti a te. Un'operazione da 3 min. dura un'infinità.
Very disorganized: to do the acceptance and hand over the urine you have to wait (outside in the cold!) For the people in front of you to take the samples. A 3 min operation. it lasts forever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PCR a persona Euro 80,00 Euro per viaggio all'estero. Abbiamo fatto Venerdi alle ore 08.00 ci é stato inviato Lunedi alle ore 17.30 (un'ora prima delle 72 ore) dopo il nostro sollecito. INAFFIDABILE!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo, molto poco professionali e soprattutto molto poco educate ed irrispettose le assistenti, oltretutto scorbutiche e brontolone. Ho provato a contattare il Direttore prima di lasciare una recensione negativa, ma grazie alla poca competenza delle assistenti non c'è stato verso.
Il rispetto e l'educazione, soprattutto quando si paga sono essenziali...qui non di certo.
Vorrei anche ricordare che per fortuna non esiste soltanto questo centro.
Spero quanto prima che qualcuno intervenga.
Fino ad allora sconsigliatissimo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scandaloso pagare il tampone molecolare 100 euro. Una vera speculazione sulla salute delle persone, in una situazione come quella della pandemia che stiamo vivendo. È stato giustificato l'aumento di 20 euro per la giornata del 23 Dicembre dicendo che il laboratorio paga questa cifra in più per far analizzare il tampone in questo giorno. Premettendo che ritengo possa essere una cifra a carico del laboratorio anziché del cliente, pretendo almeno che venga fatto presente prima del pagamento, quindi che il cliente venga avvisato della variazione di prezzo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fatto prelievo di sangue per emocromo completo per 10 euro. Il referto è stato pronto nello stesso giorno di prelievo tra qualche ora, l’ho ricevuto su e-mail. Personale gentile e professionale. Non si doveva aspettare molto per fare il prelievo di sangue.
