★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima mi hanno fatto il prelievo senza igenizzare la sedia in pieno lookdow....in merito ad una prestazione che mi era stata autorizzata da previmedical, loro sono convenzionati con questa assicurazione sanitaria, mi hanno chiesto 50.00 euro di differenza quando invece il voucher che mi avevano autorizzato era a costo zero . Ho effettuato la stessa prestazione pagando 15,30 cosa pensare??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vorrei far presente a chi lavora in questo laboratorio che un pó più di organizzazione, gentilezza ed un pizzico di professionalità, sicuramente non disgusterebbe l'utenza che paga profumatamente di tasca propria. Un semplice sorriso potrebbe fare la differenza.
I would like to point out to those who work in this laboratory that a little more organization, kindness and a pinch of professionalism, certainly would not disgust the users who pay handsomely from their own pockets. A simple smile could make all the difference.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nuova sede. Ti chiamano per il ticket che nemmeno li senti... Tra un ticket e l altro ci fanno passare 10 minuti per chiamarti. Cmq struttura bella grazie alle tasche degli utenti!!
New headquarters. They call you for the ticket that you don't even hear them ... Between one ticket and another they make us spend 10 minutes to call you. Anyway beautiful structure thanks to the pockets of the users !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ero un pochino spaventata leggendo le altre recensioni, invece devo dire: personale in segreteria gentile e disponibile, rapidità e precisione dei referti e soprattutto aperti anche in agosto.
Uniche due pecche: troppa gente in sala d'attesa, in tempo di covid gli accompagnatori non devono stare! Le impiegate non parlano mezza parola d'inglese, per cui se ti capita davanti un turista x un tampone, la signora ci ha messo 20 minuti per spiegargli che il risultato sarebbe arrivato il giorno dopo.
I was a little scared reading the other reviews, but I must say: kind and helpful secretarial staff, speed and accuracy of the reports and above all open also in August.
The only two flaws: too many people in the waiting room, in time of covid the companions do not have to stay! The employees do not speak half a word of English, so if you come across a tourist for a tampon, it took the lady 20 minutes to explain that the result would come the next day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lentissimi, disorganizzati ed arroganti. Peggio di così non poteva andare. Conviene recarsi in Ospedale o farsi qualche km in più ed andare a Roseto o Tortoreto. Assolutamente da evitare.
Very slow, disorganized and arrogant. It couldn't get worse than that. It is better to go to the hospital or drive a few more kilometers and go to Roseto or Tortoreto. Absolutely to be avoided.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un po' lenti con l'organizzazione generale, tra il pagare e il fare il prelievo tra una persona e un'altra ci mettono un po' troppo e si forma una lunga coda. Sono comunque molto cordiali e pazienti.
Sicuramente meglio di come mi sono trovata all'ospedale di Giulianova.
A little slow with the general organization, between paying and making the withdrawal between one person and another it takes a little too long and a long queue forms. They are however very friendly and patient.
Certainly better than how I found myself at the Giulianova hospital.
