Proprietari e personale davvero belli, pronti a consigliare il piatto giusto quando si è indecisi..... Le attenzioni sulla qualità della materia prima fanno sì che l'esperienza degustativa del cliente sia sempre grandiosa!!!!
Qualità prezzo NO COMMENT: antipasti tipici(trippa e coda insieme ad una selezione di salumi), 2 primi con 1 secondo, bevande(tanto vino) caffè e amari 50€.....
ESPERIENZA CHE CONSIGLIO A TUTTI, state attenti perché mi potete incontrare spesso!!!

Really nice owners and staff, ready to recommend the right dish when you are undecided ..... The attention to the quality of the raw material means that the customer's tasting experience is always great !!!!
Price quality NO COMMENT: typical appetizers (tripe and tail together with a selection of cold cuts), 2 first courses with 1 second, drinks (lots of wine), coffee and bitters 50 € .....
EXPERIENCE THAT I RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE, be careful because you can meet me often !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cucina tipica romana , si mangia bene e si viene serviti meglio.
Piccola critica : non hanno il vino romano ( per essere una trattoria tipica romana ) , e mancala la classica musica romana che si sente quando vai in una vera trattoria romana ( crea l'atmosfera giusta ). Dimenticavo , niente dolci , anche se la cameriera di sala e' riuscita ad addolcirci con un dolcetto?.
Typical Roman cuisine, you eat well and are served better.
Small criticism: they don't have Roman wine (for a typical Roman trattoria), and they miss the classic Roman music that you hear when you go to a real Roman trattoria (create the right atmosphere). I forgot, no sweets, even if the waitress managed to sweeten us with a sweet?.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful original cooking from Rome. We tried the classical carbonara, a special pasta with Roman broccoli and guanciale, and then meat courses of cinghiale and lamb. Everything was excellent. We ordered way too much, but we finished everything nonetheless. ?. The bill was really cheap, as expected in a simple osteria.
