La risposta è stata:”noi non siamo un centro informazioni. Chieda al suo medico di famiglia”. Empatia e professionalità due grandi sconosciuti! Ovviamente ho fatto il test altrove. Un po' di attesa all'ingresso dovuta principalmente alle regole anti-covid (consiglio per il laboratorio: mettete un paio di panchine all'esterno), accettazione veloce e addetta molto cortese, tempo di attesa per il prelievo dopo l'accettazione circa 10 secondi! Prelievo rapido, risultati scaricabili on line nei tempi previsti. Per me tutto ok, veloci e professionali. I have seen a lot of negative reviews so I want to report my experience. A bit of waiting at the entrance mainly due to the anti-covid rules (tip for the laboratory: put a couple of benches outside), fast acceptance and very courteous staff, waiting time for collection after acceptance about 10 seconds! Quick withdrawal, results downloadable online on schedule. For me everything is ok, fast and professional.

Ovviamente faccio il tampone il giorno prima per essere certa di averlo se non subito almeno il giorno dopo. Li ho dovuti chiamare mille volte perchè non mi arrivava il messaggio, avevano sbagliato il numero e poi inviato di nuovo la richiesta con il numero giusto, ho fornito anche un altro numero di telefono per vedere se il problema era il mio numero, ma niente. Poi non c'era il collega che se ne occupava, poi è tornato, ma non ho avuto comunque il mio green pass e non ho potuto partecipare all'evento. Sanno solo dire non è mai successo, non dipende da noi, non sappiamo chi contattare, prova in farmacia a fare un altro tampone, ti danno anche il green pass (e spendere altri soldi ovviamente). Una stella anche troppo. Not recommended! I spent the money in vain for a tampon because I needed the green pass for an important event. Obviously I do the tampon the day before to be sure of having it if not immediately at least the day after. I had to call them a thousand times because the message did not arrive, they had the wrong number and then sent the request again with the right number, I also provided another phone number to see if the problem was my number, but nothing. Then there was no colleague who took care of it, then he came back, but I did not have my green pass anyway and I could not participate in the event. They only know how to say it never happened, it doesn't depend on us, we don't know who to contact, try to make another tampon in the pharmacy, they also give you the green pass (and spend more money of course). One star too much.
