Sono tornato per cambiarli e, nonostante non fossero neanche stati provati e soprattutto non mi fosse stato detto niente a riguardo durante l'acquisto, mi é stato detto che gli orecchini non li cambiano per loro politica.
Hanno tutto il diritto di avere le loro direttive sul cambio della merce, ma queste devono essere adeguatamente comunicate in tempo al cliente.
Risposta: Come ho già specificato, la lamentela era infatti rivolta al fatto che non fossi stato informato prima dell'acquisto, dal momento che non tutti i negozi adottano questa politica sui cambi. L'acquisto, inoltre, é stato effettuato il 9 gennaio, per cui non era possibile cambiarlo entro il 31/12/2019.

They have every right to have their directives on the exchange of goods, but these must be properly communicated in time to the customer.
Answer: As I have already specified, the complaint was in fact addressed to the fact that I had not been informed before the purchase, since not all stores adopt this exchange policy. Furthermore, the purchase was made on January 9, so it was not possible to change it by 31/12/2019.
