Ecco la foto del primo acquisto (letto a castello) dopo 7 anni e nonostante un trasloco e i miei due figli pestiferi è ancora perfetta come il primo giorno. Sono professionisti puntuali educati ed attenti ad ogni dettaglio. Secondo me sul mercato i migliori in termini di rapporto qualità /prezzo After 7 from the first purchase we go back to them to buy two beds (single bed photo) since we had a great time. Here is the photo of the first purchase (bunk bed) after 7 years and despite a move and my two nasty children it is still as perfect as the first day. Ordinata la cameretta a ottobre 2020, abbiamo concluso la consegna a fine aprile 2021 A gennaio 2021 ci è stata montata la cameretta a metà, in quanto il montatore ha sbagliato ad assemblare i vari componenti Conclusione cameretta da riordinare , altro mese e mezzo di attesa. Al secondo tentativo di consegna mancava tutto il ponte della cameretta, rendendo così impossibile il montaggio Alla fine dopo un altro mese e mezzo sono riusciti a portarci questa benedetta cameretta Dopo una serie di solleciti e lamentele da parte nostra Ovviamente la cameretta era già stata pagata interamente a dicembre prima della consegna , altrimenti avrei assolutamente annullato l'ordine Poco affidabili non lo consiglio a nessuno? Da quando siamo entrati nel vostro negozio a Busnago ci siamo sentiti a casa, e il giro di curiosità i è divenuto acquisto da subito. L'accoglienza è stata il top e Stefano e Gennaro ci hanno fatto sentire tutto il loro affetto trasmettendoci tanta fiducia, e non ci hanno deluso. La squadra di montatori sono persone qualificate educate e mai invadenti hanno soddisfatto tutte le mie esigenze senza mai sbuffare. Grazie per aver studiato la cameretta in ogni dettaglio dallo spazio alla comodità senza perderne la bellezza come si vede nelle foto, soddisfacendo le esigenze dei miei ragazzi. Ci ha seguito Simone, competente e sopratutto molto attento alle nostre esigenze. Ci ha consigliato molto bene su come sfruttare al massimo gli spazi della nostra cameretta con soluzioni eleganti e allo stesso tempo pratiche. Giusto compromesso. Grazie a lui abbiamo creato la nostra cameretta proprio come la volevamo! Lo show Room ti permette di vedere tutte le soluzioni in anteprima e punto in più per il visualizzatore 3D!!! Confermo l'ottima qualità del mobile acquistato e ringrazio per la loro cortesia e professionalità Giorgia e Michela, che ci hanno seguito con grande attenzione per la vendita e la progettazione e per la parte amministrativa. La consegna è stata effettuata due giorni prima di quanto concordato inizialmente ed anche i tecnici del montaggio hanno lavorato con grande attenzione e precisione, terminando il lavoro in breve tempo e con ottimo risultato. I confirm the excellent quality of the furniture purchased and I thank Giorgia and Michela for their courtesy and professionalism, who followed us with great attention for the sale and design and for the administrative part. The delivery was made two days earlier than initially agreed and also the assembly technicians worked with great attention and precision, finishing the job in a short time and with excellent results. Sin dal primo istante la cordialità e la disponibilità sono state tra le caratteristiche che abbiamo potuto riscontrare appena entrati in negozio. Giorgia ci ha aiutato a progettare lo spazio nel modo più funzionale, sfruttabile oltre che esteticamente bello possibile. Il giorno del montaggio,i montatori sono stati puntuali e ordinati. Ottimi i materiali,legno davvero molto resistente e di buonissima qualità. La nostra bimba è entusiasta del suo nuovo mondo e noi con lei. Grazie davvero è stata un’ottima esperienza che consigliamo. We have chosen to rely on Mondo Camerette for our little girls' bedroom. From the very first moment, friendliness and availability were among the characteristics that we were able to find as soon as we entered the store. Giorgia helped us design the space in the most functional way, usable as well as aesthetically beautiful as possible. On the day of assembly, the fitters were punctual and tidy. Abbiamo fatto il giro ed abbiamo creato la cameretta per nostro figlio, abbiamo trovato una soluzione ottimale anche con una situazione particolare come la nostra avendo un ragazzino in sedia a rotelle. Dopo aver scelto abbiamo fatto il progetto in 3d con la massima cura e la professionalità che richiedeva. Grazie anche a Gennaro, responsabile del negozio, che con un occhio attento alla situazione ci ha consigliato per il meglio insieme a Simone. Abbiamo concordato la data di spedizione della cameretta e nn vediamo l'ora di vederla montata. Grazie mille Ieri 23/07 sono arrivati i montatori nel orario concordato, due persone attente e gentili. In 3 ore circa hanno montato la nostra cameretta ed è uno spettacolo tutto perfetto apparte un pezzo danneggiato (cose che capitano considerando che c'erano 35 colli). Abbiamo compilato insieme il verbale di consegna con la segnalazione del pezzo lievemente danneggiato ed alle 18 ho ricevuto la chiamata di Simone del negozio di Busnago che si è scusato del accaduto e sta provvedendo ad ordinare il pezzo danneggiato. Professionalità e disponibilità ai massimi livelli. Complimenti e grazie di tutto We went to the Busnago shop on Saturday and were greeted by Simone who explained how everything works. We went around and created the bedroom for our son, we found an optimal solution even with a particular situation like ours having a little boy in a wheelchair. After choosing, we made the project in 3d with the utmost care and the professionalism it required. Thanks also to Gennaro, manager of the shop, who with a careful eye on the situation advised us for the best together with Simone. We have agreed on the shipping date of the bedroom and we can't wait to see it assembled. A thousand thanks Yesterday 23/07 the fitters arrived at the agreed time, two attentive and kind people. In about 3 hours they assembled our bedroom and it is a perfect show apart from a damaged piece (things that happen considering there were 35 packages). We compiled the delivery report together with the report of the slightly damaged piece and at 6 pm I received a call from Simone from the Busnago shop who apologized for the incident and is proceeding to order the damaged piece.
