★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato un mobile da bagno, ovviamente con pagamento anticipato. Uno dei piani del mobile è stato consegnato con una modifica diversa da quanto concordato. Hanno detto che avrebbero rifatto il piano e che era già in produzione ma dopo mesi di attesa, ancora niente. E non rispondono più.
I bought a bathroom furniture, obviously with advance payment. One of the tops of the furniture was delivered with a different modification from what was agreed. They said they would redo the plan and that it was already in production but after months of waiting, still nothing. And they don't answer anymore.

Non solo...dopo 3 mesi che aspetti un bagno arriva rotto.
Controllare la merce prima di mandarla al cliente no?

Zero customer support. You call and they NEVER call you back for the assistance you asked for.
Not only that ... after 3 months waiting for a bathroom it arrives broken.
Check the goods before sending them to the customer right?
