Contattati per un problema sullo scaldabagno elettrico, oltre a non averlo risolto con la prima uscita pretendevano spendessi altri soldi per cercare di capire la causa, adducendo problemi inesistenti sul differenziale elettrico di casa che ha sempre funzionato correttamente. Bastava semplicemente dire che non conoscevano la causa del malfunzionamento e che era necessario comprarne uno nuovo, che peraltro mi sarebbe costato la stessa cifra. Dopo la prima uscita il problema sembrava risolto ma si è ripresentato il mese successivo. Ho richiamato l'assistenza e alla successiva uscita il tecnico ha pensato bene, per evitare che saltasse nuovamente la corrente, di staccare la messa a terra dello scaldabagno, consigliandomi di farlo funzionare solo per 20 minuti alla volta per scaldare un po' d'acqua. Per fortuna un mio conoscente mi ha spiegato la gravità della cosa e ha prontamente riattaccato la messa a terra. Se questa è competenza... Impensabile sistemare problemi chiamando persone che non rilasciano fattura e/o certificazioni del caso. Io sono loro cliente, e rimarro' tale. Svolgono solo l'assistenza, ma in caso di sostituzione del generatore di calore non ti lasciano solo ma ti danno un nominativo di un idraulico con cui collaborano (anch'esso qualificato) per un preventivo di sostituzione senza impegno.
