Giocano sulla confusione tra - "garanzia commerciale", che deve essere fornita dal produttore, in questo caso Beretta, e che può essere soggetta a vincoli contrattuali come la revisione obbligatoria annuale - "garanzia legale", che è di due anni per legge e fornita dal venditore, in questo caso Ecoclima, e che non può essere soggetta a vincoli contrattuali In pratica, guadagnano facendo pagare al cliente i costi della revisione e risparmiano scaricando sul produttore la responsabilità della garanzia che spetterebbe a loro. Già all'installazione avevano proposto dei piani di manutenzione -peraltro nettamente più costosi di quanto pagavo con caldaia di altra marca- cercando di sostenere che la revisione è obbligatoria ogni anno (non lo è, l'obbligo del controllo fumi è biennale) e che non farla annulla la garanzia. In definitiva, ottimo lavoro di installazione (eseguito però non direttamente da loro ma da un artigiano esterno), e pratiche commerciali scorrette al limite del truffaldino portate avanti dando informazioni ambigue, fuorvianti o errate.
