Ben disposti dall'accuratezza del preventivo e dei dettagli tecnici, abbiamo tentato di confermare i lavori in data 27 Novembre, chiedendo un primo intervento in urgenza per il quale avremmo dovuto essere richiamati, pur comprendendo il difficile periodo di lavoro e di clima.
Non vedendo alcuna reazione e avendo gestito l'urgenza autonomamente, abbiamo chiesto una previsione di data per i lavori "a preventivo" il 27 Gennaio via email senza ricevere riscontro.
Due successive telefonate direttamente in ufficio hanno portato a parlare direttamente con il preventivista e con una gentile segretaria e, entrambe, si sono concluse con la promessa di avere una "previsione" di data entro la sera stessa.
A più di una settimana dall'ultima mancata promessa abbiamo comunicato di non essere ulteriormente interessati a usufruire dei loro servizi e ci rivolgeremo altrove per quanto necessario.
** DON'T WASTE TIME, THEY ARE NOT INTERESTED IN DOING THE JOBS THAT DO NOT BELIEVE IMPORTANT, BUT INSTEAD OF SAYING YOU WILL MISS YOU MONTHS **
Well disposed by the accuracy of the estimate and the technical details, we tried to confirm the works on November 27th, asking for a first emergency intervention for which we should have been called, even if we understood the difficult period of work and climate.
Seeing no reaction and having managed the emergency autonomously, we asked for an estimate of the date for the works "on estimate" on January 27th by email without receiving feedback.
Two subsequent phone calls directly to the office led to a direct conversation with the estimate and a kind secretary and both ended with the promise of having a "forecast" of the date by the same evening.
More than a week after the last failure to promise, we have communicated that we are not further interested in using their services and we will turn elsewhere for what is necessary.
