★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio pessimo! Consegna di sanitari concordata entro il 15 novembre. Chiamati 5 volte per solleciti ma il materiale non è stato ancora consegnato. Nessun rispetto per il cliente, solo incompetenza! I soldi li vogliono tutti e subito "per sbloccare" gli ordini, ma non ripagano con la stessa sollecitudine.
Vivamente sconsigliato se non potete aspettare mesi!!!!
 Bad service! Delivery of sanitary ware agreed by 15 November. Called 5 times for reminders but the material has not yet been delivered. No respect for the customer, just incompetence! Everyone wants the money immediately "to unblock" the orders, but they don't pay back with the same promptness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho effettuato una ristrutturazione completa dell'appartamento, sono stata molto delusa dal lavoro svolto dall'impresa consigliata da loro. impianto elettrico non effettuato a regola d'arte,(impianto terminato in qualche modo dopo aver già pitturato),. imbiancato prima senza rasare i muri, con il risultato di tante imperfezioni visibili nettamente ad occhio nudo, lavandino che perde, interruttore boiler ed elettrodomestici non presente. Inoltre mancato spesso ad appuntamenti accordati. Verificavamo se era presente nell' appartamento e ci siamo accorti che i lavori non andavano avanti per lunghi periodi e lasciato in condizioni di abbandono. Ci ha fatto slittare più volte la consegna del mobilio e purtroppo dovrò pagare una penale. Pagati profumatamente. Non mi rivolgero' più a loro e a voi come negozio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acquistato piastrelle per 2 bagni, sanitari, e pavimentazione dell’intera casa, totale 8000 euro, in corso d’opera aprendo i pacchi piastrelle erano quasi tutte rotte tanto che non pensavo neanche di riuscire a finire il lavoro, sacchetti di colla rotti, si affidano a ditte di spedizione pessime che trattano il materiale come spazzatura, concordi un orario e non arrivano, io ho perso 3gg di lavoro per stare a casa ad aspettare la merce, una vergogna!! Quando vai in negozio tutti professionisti, solo per vendere, tra l’altro commessi che bevono spritz preso al bar di fianco mentre servono i clienti! State alla larga da iperceramica (busnago) che all’apparenza sembra di qualità ma fa pena, alla fine tra materiale rotto e giorni del mio lavoro che ho perso ci ho smenato un sacco di soldi! Mai più nella vita!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La gestione delle consegne non prevede che i pallet siano portati al piano. Chi abita in un condominio, in particolare ai piani alti, deve porre attenzione perché le dimensioni rischiano di non consentire l'uso dell'ascensore. In pratica ci si deve organizzare da sé e farsi le scale... Assicurarsi inoltre che il trasportatore abbia il mezzo adatto per il trasporto o potrebbero esserci problemi nella consegna.

9 bancali di piastrelle costo consegna 425€ e sto implorando il corriere per la consegna, da cliente sono veramente irritato. Arriva un bancale al giorno e non si sa a che ora, il corriere non risponde, sembra che mi facciano un favore.
Io non ho parole davvero...
Dispiace perché la qualità della merce è indiscutibile
Siamo alle comiche. Mi chiamano per organizzare la consegna dell'ultimo bancale di piastrelle dopo due settimane dall'inizio del calvario... Mi danno appuntamento per lo scarico e non arrivano.
Pazienza persa completamente.
Credo che la serietà debba essere il punto fermo di un'azienda... In questo caso manca completamente.
