D	Danio 7205 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Materassi di scarsa qualita'....ho cambiato il 1° difettoso e ceduto, il 2° dopo un mese peggio del precedente la fodera e' ceduta e mi vogliono cambiare solo quella...intanto mi dovrei coricare sulla lastra......399 euro buttati ma non finisce qui.....state alla larga da questa azienda PS: Venduto x 24cm di altezza non arriva neanche a 19cm Poor quality mattresses ... I changed the defective 1st one and sold it, the 2nd after a month worse than the previous one the lining is sold and only I want to change that ... meanwhile I should lie down on the slab ... ... € 399 thrown away but it doesn't end here ... stay away from this company PS: Sold at 24cm in height it doesn't even reach 19cm

Al momento della stipula del contratto ci informa che l' installazione e lo smaltimento del vecchio letto sono GRATUITI E COMPRESI NEL SERVIZIO . Un mese dopo , mi arriva il letto a casa . Gli installatori due ragazzi giovani e molto bravi mi montano il letto , un lavoro impeccabile davvero ben eseguito . Voto x gli installatori 10 con lode . Al momento di saldare il letto scopro che devo pagare in più lo smaltimento a parte 60€ L' installatore infastidito dalla situazione in quanto ci confida che capita molto spesso , contatta il negozio , fornisce il numero di ordine e aimé la ragazza si rimangia tutto quello che ci ha garantito alla stipula . Cerco di capire la situazione per via telefonica ma nulla , la ragazza in maniera molto arrogante e tono bel acceso fa' una certa leva sul fatto che siamo noi clienti a non capire e che se vogliamo lo smaltimento dobbiamo pagare , chiude la chiamata sbattendomi il telefono in faccia . Il prodotto è ottimo Mi raccomando alla stipula leggete molto bene la fattura di acquisto . Non fate il mio stesso errore . Voci omaggio non ne esistono , sempre meglio nero su bianco la voce .. L	Luca Mandurino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molta attesa - più di un ora - ma era sabato e c'era una sola commessa (07.2020). Poi è arrivato commesso che ci ha seguito. Il personale è estremamente gentile e con un ottimo orientamento al cliente. La Customer experience ottima in negozio. Il letto ci è stato consegnato dopo un mese. Qualità prodotto scarsa e assistenza pessima. Dopo la seconda apertura del contenitore si è rotto un ammortizzatore e la sede rischiando di farci male facendo cadere la rete sulla schiena. Il letto cigola fortemente anche solo sedendosi o girandosi durante la notte ma non riescono a risolvere inconveniente. Segnaliamo il guasto e dopo circa un mese 2 addetti vengono a visionare ma non riparano. Ordinano meccanismo e ammortizzatore in garanzia. Dopo altri 2 mesi vengono a fare riparazione. Il personale è sempre stato gentile ma si limita a sostituire pezzi e ascolta poco. Segnalo cigolio e non dicono niente se non '...lo provi così'. Mi spiegano che l'ammortizzatore e il telaio si romperanno ancora perchè il mio materasso è troppo pesante. 'Bisognava installare ammortizzatori e meccanismo più robusti'... Rimango basito io sono il cliente non il tecnico e ho speso di più per un prodotto che avrebbe dovuto avere una qualità superiore rispetto ai mobilifici di basso costo. Nessuno al momento della vendita mi ha chiesto che materasso avevo. Il mio è un normalissimo materasso... Peccato rimanga questo fastidioso e forte cigolio. The bed creaks loudly even just sitting or turning during the night but they can't solve the problem. We report the fault and after about a month 2 employees come to view but do not repair. They order mechanism and shock absorber under warranty. After another 2 months they come for repairs. The staff has always been nice but they just replace pieces and listen little. I report squeaking and they say nothing except '... you try it like this'. They explain to me that the shock absorber and frame will still break because my mattress is too heavy. 'It was necessary to install stronger shock absorbers and mechanism' ... I am thrilled I am the customer not the technician and I have spent more for a product that should have a higher quality than low cost furniture factories. Nobody asked me at the time of the sale what mattress I had. Mine is a normal mattress ... Too bad this annoying and loud creaking remains.

Un grazie anche allo staff che per quanto mi riguarda posso affermare che sono persone disponibili ,cortesi e preparati. I bought a bed with a double retractable base plus two memory pillows and I can say that they are excellent products. Thanks also to the staff who as far as I'm concerned I can say that they are helpful, courteous and prepared people.

Non si riesce a capire come possa essere classificato dispositivo medico. Ha un pessimo sostegno e se non ci si posiziona perfettamente al centro si scivola letteralmente fuori dal letto! Potrebbe essere stato 'un caso' ma di certo non mi verrà più voglia di servirmi in questo negozio.
