Divano arrivato stamattina, ancora più bello di quanto avessimo immaginato insieme a Chiara. Menzione speciale per lei perchè da quando abbiamo messo piede in negozio ha capito le nostre esigenze e soprattutto i nostri gusti. Nonostante le difficoltà del periodo nel reperire il tessuto che avevamo scelto, ha saputo scegliere egregiamente un tessuto sostitutivo, ancora più bello di quanto previsto! Brava! I divani (due) sono arrivati dopo 60 giorni come scritto sul contratto in quanto uno andava fatto su misura, tutto perfetto, esattamente come li volevo, anche i piedini che avevo chiesto erano stati messi. Ottima esperienza anche per quanto riguarda la consegna, personale gentile, attento e veloce. The sofas (two) arrived after 60 days as written on the contract as one had to be made to measure, everything was perfect, exactly as I wanted them, even the feet I had asked for had been put on. Excellent experience also as regards the delivery, kind, attentive and fast staff. Highly recommended

Come mi è stato detto la consegna è stata effettuata nell'arco delle 72 ore e i 2 signori che mi hanno consegnato e montato il divano sono stati molto veloci e gentili! Consiglio assolutamente l'outlet salotti!!!! After the bad experience at Mondo Convenienza they recommended this place to me. I was followed by Chiara, very nice, kind and professional. G	Graziella Angileri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alla consegna del divano non mi hanno consegnato i due cuscinetti (inclusi nel prezzo), dopo un mese mi hanno contattato per dirmi che i cuscini erano arrivati ma dovevo andarli a prendere io in negozio ... ho anche scritto una mail all'ufficio clienti chiedendo che mi consegnassero i cuscini visto che l'errore non era certo mio ma mi hanno risposto che era impossibile.... Tanto ormai il divano l'avevano venduto... non è così che si trattano i clienti. PS: il simpaticone che mi ha consegnato i cuscini quando sono andata in negozio poteva evitare di dirmi " le offro una caramella per chiedere scusa..." Upon delivery of the sofa they did not give me the two cushions (included in the price), after a month they contacted me to tell me that the cushions had arrived but I had to pick them up from the shop ... I also wrote an email to the customer office asking for the pillows to be delivered to me since the mistake was certainly not mine but they replied that it was impossible .... By now they had sold the sofa ... that's not how customers are treated. PS: the funny guy who gave me the pillows when I went to the shop could have avoided saying "I'm offering you a candy to apologize ..."

Dopo qualche giorno sono andata nel punto vendita per vedere dal vivo il prodotto che mi interessava. Qui ho trovato Chiara, molto disponibile e professionale che mi ha mostrato i modelli più adatti alle mie esigenze. Acquistato il divano domenica e ricevuto a casa mercoledì. Divano letto modello Lara con penisola in microfibra ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo! CONSIGLIATO! Vasta scelta di divani per tutti i tipi e per tutti i prezzi, partendo dai 500€ per i sofà più piccoli (2 posti) scontati. Servizio di pronta consegna dei modelli in esposizione, ma c’è possibilità di fare cambiamenti su misura. Molto disponibile il venditore, Emanuele. Divano comprato domenica, arrivato giovedì (con festa in mezzo). Unica pecca, volevamo acquistare e portare a casa direttamente noi il divano (visto che è leggero), ma a quanto pare è obbligatoria la consegna a domicilio dei corrieri (60 euro). Corrieri molto puntuali e molto pazienti, hanno atteso 20 minuti che tornassi a casa (eravamo un attimo fuori). Nel complesso è un buon punto vendita per chi ha urgenza di un sofà. Decisivi - ai fini dell'acquisto - sono stati la professionalità, la preparazione tecnica, i consigli e la pazienza dell'addetta alla vendita, oltre - naturalmente - all'ottimo rapporto qualità - prezzo.
