Per la qualità del prodotto da me acquistato a prima vista mi sembra molto buono non posso aggiungere altro se non dopo averlo usato

Siamo stati seguiti in ogni passo nella scelta del divano che corrispondeva alle nostre esigenze e al nostro gusto da un bravissimo venditore, Alessandro, che ci ha spiegato tutto con garbo e competenza. Negozio sicuramente consigliato!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Divano da 2600€ appena comprato, dopo 2 mesi di attesa, alla prima seduta, risultato come da foto, assistenza al cliente imbarazzante. Nemmeno inviano un tecnico per visionare il problema. Diffidate.

Devo ringraziare Daniele che pazientemente è con competenza ci ha aiutato a scegliere il divano adatto alle esigenze della mia famiglia.... Per ora non so dire come sarà il divano.... Non vedo l'ora che arrivi a casa. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non comprate in questo negozio, consegnato divano con poggiatesta per ben due volte sbagliati! Per poi scoprire che erano i rivestimenti sbagliati che ci hanno portato via senza darci una data di consegna degli stessi aggiustati.
E noi siamo con un divano di pessima qualità coperti da copertine per non rovinare la struttura.
Il responsabile ALESSANDRO non fornisce nessun tipo di informazione certa! Tantomeno l’addetta alle vendite la sig.ra MARIANGELA.
Nessuna professionalità e serietà e soprattutto qualità!!!
Ripeto non andare in questo punto vendita se non volete prendere una fregatura.

Mi hanno consegnato un divano da quasi 5mila euro con schienali difettosi e neanche uno uguale all'altro con un dislivello di 3 centimetri e quando ti lamenti per far valere le tue ragioni ti dicono che sono difetti compatibili alla costruzione artigianale. Insieme al divano mi hanno consegnato un pouf in pelle tutto rovinato dopo le mie lamentele me l'hanno ritirato e dopo 3 mesi scopriamo che il pouf si è perso. Pazzesco gente a dir poco imbarazzante. Ora andrò per via legale
Don't trust these people. They gave me a sofa worth almost 5 thousand euros with defective backrests and not even one the same with a difference in height of 3 centimeters and when you complain to assert your reasons they tell you that they are defects compatible with craftsmanship. Together with the sofa they gave me a leather pouf all ruined after my complaints they took it from me and after 3 months we discover that the pouf is lost. Crazy people embarrassing to say the least. I'm going to go legal now
