A	Alessio Russo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato le piastrelle polis modello MIA Cenere 60x60 cm rettificate (circa Euro 21,60 al mq) per il pavimento di tutta la casa e me ne pento ogni giorno. Nulla da dire sulla cortesia e la disponibilità del personale del punto vendita tuttavia la qualità delle piastrelle è, ahimè, pessima. Sono terrorizzato da qualunque caduta accidentale di oggetti, in quanto, dopo solo 3 mesi da quando ho preso possesso del mio appartamento, dovrei già sostituire varie piastrelle. Posso "ammettere" (ma anche no) la rottura dovuta alla caduta di un cacciavite (per quanto gommato), di un metro rivestito in gomma (da un'altezza inferiore ai 50 cm in quanto lo aveva mio figlio di 4 anni in mano) ma di una bottiglietta di bitter da 0,20cl o di una macchinina giocattolo mi sembra troppo. Dopo mesi di ristrutturazione e sacrifici, sicuri di esserci affidati ad una ditta seria che svolge tale attività da anni, mai avremmo immaginato di ritrovarci in questa situazione e per quanto la sostituzione proposta ma mai avvenuta (a titolo gratuito) delle piastrelle possa essere "gradita", tuttavia non è risolutiva del problema e tra qualche anno (per essere generosi) mi troverò costretto a sostituire nuovamente il pavimento. Grazie Polis! I bought the rectified MIA Cenere 60x60 cm polis tiles (about Euro 21.60 per m2) for the floor of the whole house and I regret it every day. Nothing to say about the courtesy and helpfulness of the store staff, however the quality of the tiles is, alas, very bad. I am terrified of any accidental falling of objects, as, after only 3 months since I took possession of my apartment, I already have to replace several tiles. I can "admit" (but also not) the breakage due to the fall of a screwdriver (however rubberized), of a rubber-coated meter (from a height of less than 50 cm as my 4-year-old son had it in his hand) but a 0.20cl bottle of bitters or a toy car seems too much. After months of restructuring and sacrifices, sure that we have entrusted ourselves to a serious company that has been carrying out this activity for years, we would never have imagined finding ourselves in this situation and although the proposed but never occurred (free of charge) replacement of the tiles may be "appreciated. ", however it does not solve the problem and in a few years (to be generous) I will be forced to replace the floor again. Thanks Polis!
