Altre volte era al bar a prendere il caffè e il negozio era vuoto. Gestito malissimo poca professionalità. A natale non avevano i sacchetti e ho dovuto mettere il maglione in borsa. Mai più. Pessima qualità tra l altro. Bad shop with bad orders. I went with my husband to get a shirt and instead of serving me, the saleswoman did her business on the phone. Other times he was at the bar for coffee and the shop was empty. Very badly managed little professionalism. At Christmas they didn't have bags and I had to put my sweater in my bag. Never again. Bad quality among other things.

La commessa, molto gentile ed educata, ha contattato telefonicamente una responsabile che ha comunicato che avrei dovuto pagare 20 Euro per il cambio taglia! Le due magliette erano state pagate 29,95! Ritenendo assurda la richiesta, ho deciso di lasciare il negozio e di scrivere al servizio clienti. Dopo due settimane nessun riscontro. UN PESSIMO SERVIZIO! Credo che questo comportamento violi le regole ed i diritti del consumatore. After receiving 2 polo shirts as a gift (10 September) I went to this shop at the end of September with a regular receipt for a size change. The saleswoman, very kind and polite, contacted a manager by telephone who communicated that I would have to pay 20 Euros for the size change! The two shirts had been paid for 29.95! Deeming the request absurd, I decided to leave the shop and write to customer service. After two weeks, no response. A BAD SERVICE! I believe that this behavior violates the rules and the rights of the consumer.
