stampare foto mandate al negozio tramite mail o WhatsApp (ridicolo nel 2019).Sapevo già di questo spiacevole fatto e ho portato la mia foto in chiavetta USB. Il "caro" signore che mi ha servito oltre che trattarmi con disprezzo non ha fatto altro che dirmi che la stampa che volevo fare io era impossibile senza cercare di aiutarmi. Be' peccato che a casa ci sono riuscita bastava mettere il foglio in orizzontale. Purtroppo non è venuta nella qualità che cercavo nel vostro negozio ma è pur sempre meglio di come sono stata trattata. Cordiali saluti ;)
The photo printing service is very bad, let's assume that you can't do it
print photos sent to the store via email or WhatsApp (ridiculous in 2019). I already knew about this unfortunate fact and I took my photo on a USB key. The "dear" gentleman who served me as well as treated me with contempt did nothing but tell me that the press I wanted to do was impossible without trying to help me. Well, it's a pity that I succeeded at home, as long as I had to put the sheet horizontally. Unfortunately it did not come in the quality I was looking for in your store but it is still better than I was treated. Sincerely ;)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il negozio è in ordine molto bello, le montature sono tutte bloccate all espositore e non è possibile prenderle per provarle se non con la commessa. Il servizio del personale è stato molto freddo nessun consiglio si sono limitati a farmi provare gli occhiali che ho chiesto e a farmi il preventivo.
The shop is in very nice order, the frames are all locked to the display and it is not possible to take them to try them except with the order. The service of the staff was very cold no advice they just let me try on the glasses I asked for and give me the quote.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo consiglio vivamente. Il personale è davvero qualificato e c’è un clima molto più accogliente che nei negozi delle grandi catene. Mi hanno fatto una visita optometrica accuratissima e usando tutto il tempo che era necessario. Senza essere invadenti mi hanno dato dei consigli sulla montatura riuscendo a capire subito i miei gusti ma anche quello che si adattava bene al mio viso. Nel frattempo mi hanno spiegato una serie di cose tecniche sulle lenti che in tanti anni che porto gli occhiali non avevo mai saputo e che servono per capire la differenza tra lenti di qualità e non. Sono molto soddisfatto, penso che negozi come questo abbiano sempre più valore perché se ne trovano davvero pochi.
I highly recommend it. The staff is really qualified and there is a much more welcoming atmosphere than in the big chain stores. They gave me an accurate optometric visit and used all the time that was needed. Without being intrusive, they gave me advice on the frame, managing to immediately understand my tastes but also what suited my face well. In the meantime, they explained to me a series of technical things about the lenses that I had never known in so many years that I wear glasses and that I need to understand the difference between quality and non-quality lenses. I am very satisfied, I think that stores like this have more and more value because there are very few.

Sono stati molto disponibili e professionali nel gestire l inconveniente lasciandomi comunque l occhiale già pronto e rifacendo un altro nuovo con una montatura differente in pochissimo tempo.
Molto soddisfatto del nuovo occhiale e della gentilezza con cui sono stato servito

They were very helpful and professional in handling the problem, leaving me the glasses ready and making another new one with a different frame in no time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cosa direste se un negozio di occhiali da vista non sia attrezzato e venga impedito provare occhiali da sole davanti ad uno specchio?voi comprereste?se poi si aggiungete una commessa la solerte signora Sabrina simbolo di gentilezze che rimprovera e redarguisce in modo rude a negozio vuoto perché mia figlia voleva specchiarsi! La cura del cliente con gentilezza ed empatia non sono una sua prerogativa! Io da medico rianimatore e mia figlia vaccinati abbiamo dovuto andarcene ma fortunatamente nel,negozio di fianco,abbiamo,speso i 200 euro per gli occhiali da sole con un servizio attrezzato alla prova e a specchiarsi..sconsigliatissimo…
What would you say if an eyeglass shop is not equipped and you are prevented from trying on sunglasses in front of a mirror? Would you buy? If you then add a saleswoman, the diligent lady Sabrina, a symbol of kindness who scolds and scolds in a rude way when the shop is empty because my daughter wanted to look in the mirror! Customer care with kindness and empathy are not his prerogative! As a resuscitator and my daughter vaccinated we had to leave but fortunately in the shop next door, we spent the 200 euros for sunglasses with a service equipped for testing and mirroring .. not recommended ...
