Professionals, the girl at the desk recommended me a pair of glasses that I personally would never have thought fit me well .. and instead she hit the mark, great service !!
m	mirko acerbi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recato nel negozio con budget di 500 euro per acquistare due paia di occhiali da vista, pessima esperienza. l' impiegata preposta per l' assistenza ai clienti ( la piu' anziana) si e' dimostrata non all' altezza di seguire e dare suggerimenti. si e' limitata in modo superfluo ed irritato di dirmi di guardare i prodotti esposti anche dopo avergli chiesto dei consigli su un particolare tipo di montatura. poi ci lamentiamo che le aziende chiudono, a volte la professionalita' dei dipendenti fa la differenza. mai piu' in questo negozio, grazie a una sola commessa non faro' nemmeno passa parola se non per aspetti negativi. Classica promozione 2 occhiali paghi 1 peccato e probabilmente ne ho spesi altrettanti di benzina detto che ovviamente 10 volte tra avanti e indietro non è stato per errore mio. -PRIMO GIRO DA MILANO ——> A LISSONE visita e acquisto di due paia di occhiali -SECONDO GIRO DA MILANO ——> A LISSONE PER RITRARE IL TUTTO sfortunatamente arrivata a casa gli occhiali mi davano un terribile mal di testa, perciò chiamo e qui arriviamo al terzo giro... -TERZO GIRO DA MILANO ——> A LISSONE SI SCOPRE CHE MI è STATA INSERITA UN ASTIGMATISMO ERRATO DURANTE LA VISITA !!!! -QUARTO GIRO DA MILANO ——> A LISSONE Si scopre che per errore del laboratorio ne hanno corretti solo un paio (la promozione prevedeva due paia di occhiali) -QUINTO GIRO DA MILANO ——> A LISSONE PRATICAMENTE DUE MESI DI ATTESA, DOPO SOLO 262 KM FATTI TRA ANDATA E RITORNO, PER SCUSARSI MI REGALANO UN OMBRELLO e riesco finalmente a ritirare gli occhiali di una qualità pessima. Comunque, ESPERIENZA PESSIMA, nessuno sconto per i disagi che mi hanno creato e onestamente non trovo i prezzi cosi concorrenziali rispetto ad altri. Attualmente faccio ovviamente riferimento ad un ottico, che usa lenti zeiss. FANTASTICA Soddisfatta anche del servizio perché me li hanno fatti trovare pronti dopo meno di 48h per non far passare il week end di mezzo?? 10 stars go to Monica, the girl who followed me with a lot of patience, kindness and sympathy and recommended the glasses that best suited my face. L’impiegata, una ragazza giovane, mi ha fornito esclusivamente informazioni sui prezzi base delle montature. Si è dimostrata non all’altezza di seguire il cliente né tantomeno di dare dei consigli. Si è limitata a dirmi di guardare i prodotti esposti e ha omesso inoltre di informarmi che c’erano a disposizione montature a costo zero. L’ho scoperto girando da solo nel negozio. Arrivato a casa, dopo aver ritirato gli occhiali la settimana successiva, mi sono accorto che mi avevano fatto pagare più del dovuto. Tornato immediatamente (abito vicino) a farmi restituire i soldi, non c’è stato alcun accenno di scuse da parte del personale. Da dimenticare. I went to the Biassono shop to buy a pair of eyeglasses. Montature a prezzi concorrenziali, lenti da vista a prezzi gonfiati, per una normale miopia 200 euro due lenti. In pratica sul totale non si risparmia niente e se non abitate lì dietro non consiglio. Tempi lunghi per la consegna, visto anche un errore del laboratorio. I mofidico my review after buying from another store as well. Well stocked shop, nice staff. Frames at competitive prices, prescription lenses at inflated prices, for a normal myopia 200 euros two lenses.
