( è stata rotta la montatura che mi avevano consigliato di non cambiare) sono ritornata per una riparazione su occhiali venduti da loro pochi mesi fa e mi hanno risposto che dovevo comprare una montatura nuova, che non c’era nulla da fare.
Ho cambiato ottico il quale ha ordinato pazientemente alla casa madre il pezzo rotto e con poca spesa ho il mio occhiale riparato.
Il posto è carino, loro sono gentili ma per niente professionali

Unfortunately after a bad experience
(the frame they advised me not to change was broken) I returned for a repair on glasses sold by them a few months ago and they replied that I had to buy a new frame, that there was nothing to be done.
I changed optician who patiently ordered the broken piece from the parent company and with little expense I have my glasses repaired.
The place is nice, they are nice but not professional at all
I don't recommend it
