Tuttavia abbiamo continuato la trattativa concludendo l'incontro con una proposta commerciale con promessa da parte di questo 'sedicente 'venditore' che oggi lunedì 22 feb 2021 ci avrebbe dato riscontro. Questa mattina, ci ha contattato la segretaria informandoci che l'appartamento era stato venduto!!! Senza minimamente rispettare l'accordo di prelazione e l'opportunità di eventuale rilancio! Scrivo solo ora perché ho avuto un solo mese per trovare un'altra casa e sono stata impegnata , visto che per colpa loro ho perso 3 mesi !!!!!! Per colpa della loro non professionalità e trasparenza. Li ho contattati per una casa a cornate , abbiamo chiesto un po' di cose e abbiamo ricevuto risposte sbagliate e non veritiere. Ho scoperto tutto da sola informandomi. Per non parlare del problema riscontrato durante la perizia, riguardo muri e finestre e un balcone, cosa che un'agente immobiliare da una planimetria doveva vedere e facendo le dovute ricerche in comune (cosa che invece l'agenzia per la casa a cui mi sono rivolta per la casa che ho acquistato ora ha fatto appena preso in mano l'appartamento in vendita ) . Ho fatto notare io a Francesca che la camera era stata modificata, lei non trovava l'errore . Vabbè. Grazie ai miei 360€ di perizia e grazie alle mie due Mila ricerche, forse , Ora ha imparato a dire le cose come stanno. In ogni caso potrei scrivere un libro ma la finisco qui , perché se dovessi elencare tutti i suoi errori, mancanze e altro, finirei domani. Mentre loro la prendevano comoda, io, mio marito e una BAMBINA di 5 anni, abbiamo rischiato di rimanere senza casa (qua scadeva l'affitto ). Detto questo, per fortuna ho trovato un'agenzia immobiliare SERIA, e nel giro di un mese ho acquistato!!!!!!!!!! Mai piu!! Dovevo fidarmi di tutte le recensioni negative !!!! I pointed out to Francesca that the room had been changed, she couldn't find the mistake. Oh well. Esperienza pessima, poca chiarezza...il prezzo stabilito dal costruttore in 10 giorni (tempo che ci ha messo per fornirmi il capitolato) é stato aumentato di 30.000€. Mi sono sentito preso in giro con strafottenza da parte del venditore sig. Appiani che ha tentato di giustificare con delle motivazioni futili la maggiorazione...la professionalità e la serietà sono un'altra cosa, delusione totale. I agree with all the negative reviews read and I confirm. Bad experience, lack of clarity ... the price set by the manufacturer in 10 days (the time it took to provide me with the specifications) has been increased by € 30,000. I felt bullied by the seller Mr. Appiani who tried to justify the increase with futile reasons ... professionalism and seriousness are another thing, total disappointment.
