★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non rispettano la privacy , attenzione ! Mi domando con quale diritto si permettono di spulciare , controllare e chiedere informazioni delle proprietà che una persona possiede.
Racconto la mia breve esperienza : una sera mi hanno citofonato chiedendomi informazioni per un immobile ( che abbiamo vuoto) . Fin qui tutto bene è il "lavoro" delle agenzie, lo rispetto e rispondo con un semplice : no grazie non è in vendita. Dopo la mia risposta è arrivata la gravissima sorpresa , mi sono sentita elencare una serie di Vie e numeri civici ( dove ho delle proprietà ) chiedendomi se gli immobili fossero affittati o vuoti e se si mi trovavo bene con gli inquilini ? Ammetto che sono rimasta basita dall'arroganza con il quale uno sconosciuto viene a casa mia a far i conti delle mie fatiche e dei beni lasciati dalla mia famiglia, posso avere anche 100 immobili ma non vi deve fregare di cosa ne faccio! Ho gia fatto esposto alla sede centrale Tecnocasa la quale mi ha detto che non possono fare nulla poichè ogni agenzia ha la sua partita iva ed il suo responsabile . Beh questa di Arcore deve riguardare il proprio operato . Non l'hanno fatto solo a me questo "conteggio immobiliare " ma anche ad una mia amica ! State alla larga .
They do not respect privacy, be careful! I wonder by what right they allow themselves to sift through, check and ask for information about the properties that a person owns.
I'll tell you my brief experience: one evening they called me on the intercom asking me for information on a property (which we have empty). So far everything is fine is the "work" of the agencies, I respect it and answer with a simple: no thanks it's not for sale. After my answer came the very serious surprise, I felt listed a series of streets and house numbers (where I have properties) asking myself if the properties were rented or empty and if I was comfortable with the tenants? I admit that I was appalled by the arrogance with which a stranger comes to my house to deal with my efforts and the assets left by my family, I can also have 100 properties but you mustn't care what I do with them! I have already exhibited at the Tecnocasa headquarters which told me they cannot do anything as each agency has its own VAT number and its manager. Well this Arcore must concern your own work. They did not only do this "real estate count" to me but also to a friend of mine! Stay away.
