Stamattina mi presento all'orario fissato e mi sento dire: "ma l'appuntamento era per oggi?? Perché non posso fare niente fino a settimana prossima" Ma l'appuntamento NON me l'aveva fissato lui? Considerando che non mettere stelle non è possibile, mi vedo costretto a mettere il minimo. The owner himself makes an appointment for me to replace a horn. This morning I introduce myself at the fixed time and I am told: "but the appointment was for today ?? Why can't I do anything until next week" But he had NOT set the date for me? Mi danno appuntamento alle 8,30 di sabato mattina. Quando arrivo però appare evidente che la mia prenotazione non risulta. Infatti fanno passare avanti un signore arrivato insieme a me. Mi viene quindi detto che prima (come se l'errore fosse mio) faranno il signore e poi mi faranno la revisione. Mentre per il cambio gomme dovrò tornare in settimana! Assurdo. Non solo devo aspettare, ma ho caricato le gomme in auto alle 8 di sabato mattina.. per niente... Me ne sono andata e ho prenotato da un altro. Inutile dire che non mi vedranno mai più. Don't go if you don't want to waste time. Zero professionalism. I book weeks in advance for overhaul and tire change. They give me an appointment at 8.30 on Saturday morning. When I arrive, however, it becomes clear that my booking is not showing up. In fact, they let a gentleman who arrived with me pass by. I am then told that first (as if it were my mistake) they will do the lord and then they will review me. While for the tire change I will have to come back in the week! Absurd. Not only do I have to wait, but I loaded the tires into the car at 8 on Saturday morning .. not at all ... I left and booked with someone else. Needless to say, they will never see me again.
