D	Dome Sava on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono sentito letteralmente truffato,mi hanno riconsegnato la vettura oscurando la spia ABS cosa molto importante, e la macchina e rimasto lo stesso identico difetto ho dovuto pagare per avere solo disagi con fermo vettura oltre 10 giorni e rifiutano di stornare la somma di denaro, il l'oro trucco e che prima ti fanno pagare dicendo che il poblema e stato risolto e poi ti lasciano la vettura così appena uscita dopo 5 minuti ho visto che dava lo stesso difetto!! Da Evitare come la peste! Come si fa tenere un officina autorizzata aperta che non riescono a sistemare un difetto vanno a tentativi mi hanno cambiato un sensore che non c'entrava nulla nonostante avessi detto che quel sensore non faceva parte del difetto Tra l'altro senza mio consenso. Invito il signor Brambilla a rimborsare la fattura. Portata la vettura da un'altra parte e Con un aggiornamento della centralina e andata a posto con solo mezz'ora di lavoro. I literally felt cheated, they returned the car to me by obscuring the ABS warning light which is very important, and the car remained the same exact defect I had to pay for only inconvenience with the car stopped for more than 10 days and they refuse to reverse the amount of money, the gold trick and that first they make you pay saying that the problem has been solved and then they leave the car so as soon as you leave after 5 minutes I saw that it gave the same defect !! Avoid like the plague! How do you keep an authorized workshop open that cannot fix a defect they try to change a sensor that had nothing to do with it despite having said that that sensor was not part of the defect Among other things without my consent. I invite Mr. Brambilla to refund the invoice. Take the car somewhere else e With an update of the control unit it went right with only half an hour of work.
f	filippo speciale on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molto gentili e cordiali, hanno risolto uno dei problemi che aveva la mia VW ma peccano un pelino in organizzazione e gestione del cliente. Mi piacerebbe soprattutto avere un servizio di attesa sul posto per i tagliandi standard e la vettura di cortesia per le attese anche in giornata. Hanno una vettura di cortesia ma praticamente è sempre impegnata. Modificherò la mia recensione man mano ho nuovi aggiornamenti. Comunque è una officina altamente consigliata soprattutto se si tiene alla salute ed all'originalità dell'auto. Very nice and friendly, they solved one of the problems my VW had but they lack a bit of customer organization and management. Above all, I would like to have a waiting service on site for standard coupons and a courtesy car for waiting even during the day. They have a courtesy car but it is practically always busy. I will be editing my review as I have new updates. However, it is a highly recommended workshop especially if you care about the health and originality of the car.
