Chiamo #Leaseplan che mi indirizza da Autosala di Ruggero Sala. Vado, officina piena di lavoro. Il Sig. Sala mi fa accomodare e dopo neanche 20 minuti, tra un auto e l'altra mi fa entrare. Auto sul ponte. Il Sig. Sala coadiuvato da altri meccanici verifica il danno e mi rassicura. Scopre anche che dal precedente tagliando fatto da altri il filtro del gasolio era allentato e perdeva. Interviene, sistema, e mi fa ripartire sereno! Chiedo di pagare, mi stringe la mano e mi dice, lasci stare ci abbiamo messo poco tempo. Grazie di cuore Sig. Sala, la sua gentilezza e professionalità e la sua Squadra di meccanici, sono la dimostrazione che l'eccellenza nel lavoro esiste!!! I'm in Milan for work. I take a bump (demented) in Burago. The engine light comes on. I call #Leaseplan which addresses me from Autosala by Ruggero Sala. I go, workshop full of work. Mr. Sala makes me sit down and after less than 20 minutes, between one car and another, he lets me in. Car on the bridge. Mr. Sala, assisted by other mechanics, checks the damage and reassures me. He also discovers that from the previous coupon made by others the diesel filter was loose and leaking. It intervenes, system, and makes me start again calm! Per la Smart di mia figlia l'officina della casa madre mi aveva preventivato una spesa di 2000 euro per la sostituzione di alcune parti che nulla centravano con il danno reale. Il sig. Ruggero, dalla sola descrizione telefonica, diagnosticava il danno ed effettuava la riparazione con una parcella di sole 400 euro, comprensiva di cambio olio e filtri. Dal quel giorno tutte le tre autovetture di famiglia sono state affidate al sig. Ruggero che ha sempre risolto con velocità ed onestà i danni, fornendomi sempre un'auto sostitutiva.
