★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buon servizio: gentili e disponibili, pazienti e premurosi. Mi han sempre spiegato ogni passaggio dell'assistenza offerta e mi han concesso un'auto sostitutiva più bella della mia! Hanno un piccolo parcheggio in corte ma al bisogno si può parcheggiare poco lontano, del quale comunque non ho avuto mai bisogno.
Good service: kind and helpful, patient and caring. They have always explained to me every step of the assistance offered and they have granted me a replacement car that is more beautiful than mine! They have a small parking lot in the courtyard but if needed you can park not far away, which I never needed anyway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alla consegna della macchina di cortesia la signora responsabile corre diretta verso un lato della macchina dicendo che ci sono da pagare 350 euro per il graffio sulla macchina. Vi risparmio il cinema che c'è stato il dopo. Fate sempre delle foto/video alle macchine di cortesia al momento del ritiro.
Upon delivery of the courtesy car, the lady in charge runs towards one side of the car saying that 350 euros have to be paid for the scratch on the car. I'll spare you the cinema that was there after. Always take photos / videos of the courtesy machines at the time of collection.
