Aiuta molto la presenza del centro commerciale per rendere più piacevole l'attesa di un servizio di manutenzione, lasciando un mezzo presso il loro Service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Come officina è persone che vi lavorano all interno metto 5 stelle, ma per quanto riguarda il marchio metto ZEROOO. Faccio ordine online per cambio gomme a 23,90, vado allo step finale per prenotare,a stranamente non fa andare avanti, stesso problema con altri device o altri account..... Chiamo per avere l appuntamento e i ragazzi gentilmente mi confermano il tutto arrivo alla cassa a pagare.... E boom il sistema non mi passa la promozione e alla fine da 23,90 pago 54,00. Chiamo il commerciale e mi dicono che la promo è solo per il web e che avendo chiamato in officina non mi spetta.... Ma se come dite voi non mi spetta l officina come faceva a sapere cosa dovevo fare? Morale della favola la Norauto usa qst escamotage per poi fregarci...... Mi spiace solo per i ragazzi che vi lavorano perché veramente sono bravi ragazzi..... Peccato per l azienda che sconsiglio vivamente
As a workshop and people who work inside I put 5 stars, but as regards the brand I put ZEROOO. I order online for a tire change at 23.90, I go to the final step to book, strangely it does not go ahead, same problem with other devices or other accounts ..... I call to have the appointment and the guys kindly confirm everything to me I arrive at the cashier to pay .... And boom the system does not pass me the promotion and in the end I pay 54.00 from 23.90. I call the salesman and they tell me that the promo is only for the web and that having called the workshop it is not up to me .... But if, as you say, I am not entitled to the workshop, how did he know what I had to do? Moral of the story Norauto uses this ploy to then cheat us ...... I'm only sorry for the guys who work there because they are really good guys ..... Too bad for the company that I strongly advise against

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio pessimo e massima incompetenza degli operatori, dopo aver portato la macchina per il cambio gomme mi sono ritrovato il cerchio ammaccato e il copricerchio rotto perché pur di non riparare al danno fatto e agendo da codardi hanno cercato di montare il copricerchio rompendolo pur di cercare di nascondere il danno e per non farmi vedere la macchina al momento del ritiro lo trovata cercandomela da solo a 30 metri in mezzo ad altre macchine nel parcheggio del centro commerciale.
Operatori maleducati con aria spocchiosa.
Dal giorno 7 agosto che ho inviato le foto al numero dedicato di WhatsApp e non ho ancora ricevuto assistenza

Rude operators with a snooty air.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an appointment for winter/summer tire change with this workshop. Even though, I took the appointment online from Norauto website for one week later, they called me that this time is not available. After a discussion we have arranged another appointment and had to postpone my original appointment for another week. Finally, one day before my appointment they called me once again that they cannot do it in the arranged time because my tires are 20". However, it was written in my appointment since the beginning and their excuse was that they did not see it till this moment. We have arranged another time once again. Finally, they called me the day after saying that they need to cancel my appointment because they don't have the equipment for changing a tire of 20" which is a lie as the equipment for changing the tires have nothing to do with the size, they are all the same. Now, we're at the beginning of December and I don't have an appointment from anywhere and I'm left with summer tires, thank you Norauto for giving me the worst service I have ever had. Avoid this place at all cost if you value your car & time!
