Peccato per il personale, che invece è a dir poco inesistente, nessuno che si sia degnato di chiedermi se avevo bisogno di aiuto e questa cosa mi ha lasciato un po' l'amaro in bocca, ma il meglio doveva ancora arrivare... Una volta trovato "da sola" quello che mi serviva, sono andata in cassa, qui c'era una signora che per tutto il tempo non mi ha mai guardato in faccia, come un robot si è limitata ad insacchettare le 3 paia di scarpe e a farmi pagare e poi mi ha liquidato senza neanche salutare, né tantomeno ringraziare. Anziché rivolgere la parola ai clienti, chiacchierava con l'altra collega come se fossero da sole. Sono rimasta davvero sconcertata dalla scortesia e dall'indifferenza che mi è stata riservata. Una volta fuori dal negozio, dentro al sacchetto ho scoperto dei buoni sconto di cui ignoravo l'esistenza, visto che alla cassa non mi è stato detto nulla. Sarebbe bene che il personale fosse a conoscenza e soprattutto mettesse in pratica le tecniche di base per la gestione della clientela. Se avessi potuto farlo avrei dato ZERO stelle, quante ne meritava il comportamento della cassiera! Quello che mi porta a dare una stella è il trattamento che ti riservano i commessi e le cassiere. In tre diverse occasioni sono sempre stato trattato quasi con fastidio, ad ogni mia domanda la risposta era sempre infastidita e persino in cassa le cassiere mi hanno fatto pagare in maniera fredda e sbrigativa. E non è successo una volta, è successo tre volte su tre pur avendo sempre comprato. T	Toto “Rosaselvatica” Totò on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono racato per comprare un paio di scarpe, purtroppo non ho trovato il mio numero ed avevo chiesto alla commessa in quale delle filiali potevo reperirlo tramite il loro dispositivo ma mi ha risposto che non aveva tempo cosigliandomi di recarmi di persona ad un qualsiasi altro centro cisalfa.
