★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Qualche mese fa io e il mio compagno abbiamo comprato un paio di occhiali a testa per una cifra complessiva di € 600 circa.
Le bacchette sono larghissime e dopo una settimana siamo tornati per farle sistemare. Le hanno strette, e dopo 2 giorni era larghe come prima. In pratica non possiamo abbassare la testa altrimenti cadono gli occhiali e se anche non la abbassiamo, ogni 15 minuti dobbiamo spingerli sul naso perché scendono. Ci siamo pentiti amaramente di non essere tornati in negozio ogni settimana a lamentarci di questo fatto, il lockdown non ha giocato a nostro favore. Pessima qualità e esperienza. Consiglio un altro negozio.
 A few months ago my partner and I bought a pair of glasses each for a total of around € 600.
The chopsticks are super wide and after a week we came back to have them fixed. They tightened them, and after 2 days it was as wide as before. In practice we cannot lower our head otherwise the glasses fall and even if we do not lower it, every 15 minutes we have to push them on the nose because they fall. We bitterly regretted not returning to the store every week to complain about this, the lockdown didn't work in our favor. Bad quality and experience. I recommend another shop.

Se siete in ritardo va ammesso e va riconosciuto piuttosto che ripetere "eh...i tempi sono quelli....5/7 gg lavorativi " che poi diventano 10 14 non si capisce, a seconda della convenienza, l'importante è avere ragione e perculare il cliente come fosse uno stupido. Peccato. Perché all'inizio sono gentili. All'inizio.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oramai sono anni che compro occhiali da vista in questo negozio, non li cambio frequentemente spesso anche dopo 4 5 anni perché tendo a comprare 2 paia di occhiali e usarli ad intermittenza sia per lavoro che per la normale vita quotidiana quindi la vita di entrambi gli occhiali si estende notevolmente, detto ciò ho acquistato nuovamente un paio di occhiali sia per me che per mia moglie e niente, sempre servizio cordiale e attento ad ogni tua richiesta, in più mi sono trovato piacevolmente sorpreso per il servizio sul controllo della vista, anni fa non ricordo fosse presente mentre ora è un qualcosa in più da non sottovalutare, un controllo per essere sempre sicuri che i nuovi occhiali siano giusti per le esigenze non fa mai male.
Tirando le somme direi che è un negozio ottimo, di gran qualità e con ottime proposte di occhiali, non sempre trovo la montatura che mi piace o si adatta alle mie esigenze, ma sono gusti ed esigenze personali quindi non ci do troppo peso dato che basta aspettare il rinnovo delle collezioni per trovare magari qualcosa che prima non trovavo.
I have been buying eyeglasses in this shop for years now, I don't change them frequently even after 4 5 years because I tend to buy 2 pairs of glasses and use them intermittently both for work and for normal daily life, therefore the life of both glasses it extends considerably, having said that I bought again a pair of glasses for both me and my wife and nothing, always friendly and attentive service to your every request, plus I was pleasantly surprised by the service on vision control, years ago I do not remember it was present while now it is something more not to be underestimated, a check to always be sure that the new glasses are right for the needs never hurts.
Summing up I would say that it is an excellent shop, of great quality and with excellent proposals for glasses, I do not always find the frame that I like or suit my needs, but they are personal tastes and needs so I don't give too much weight to it since that's enough wait for the renewal of the collections to maybe find something I couldn't find before.
