Former Benedictine Monastery on the right bank of the Brenta, Campese, a hamlet of Bassano del Grappa (VI). It was founded in 1124 by Pontius of Melgueil, a charismatic former abbot of Cluny returning from the Holy Land. The last Benedictine died in the first decade of the 1800s.
